Radio Sawa's traditional frequency 1548 kHz (USAGM Kuwait) is now used by
Radio Farda. MWlist shows 1630-2330 UT for it.

Hearing it now with clear ID 'Radio Farda' via Kuwaiti SDR

rather strange.
