via Tashkent UZB site, scheduled according Aoki / Nagoya DXC database

S=9+25dB at 22.45 UT April 30. Daytime requested on 15630v kHz 02.30-16.30 UT.
ARMENIA 7599.998 kHz Afghanistan International in Pashto language via
Yerevan Gavar bcast center, scheduled 14.30-01.00 UT, ID heard by female voice
at 23.00:04 UTC. 10.8 kHz wideband audio at S=9+25dB strength at Doha Qatar
Perseus SDR unit in Middle East.
Daytime sce requested also on 7600 kHz though from Tashkent UZB bcast center.
Tonight at 23 – 00 UTC April 30 / May 1st came across Voice of Tibet target radio,
originate from Oslo Norway since decades now, since March 1996;
see page #668 of WRTH 2023.

empty carrier on air at 22.52 UT much early. VoTibet in Use 23.00 to 23.05 UT.
At 23.05 to 23.30 UT VoTIB sce from Tashkent-UZB site moved down to 7477v kHz
on exact
7476.927 kHz oddity; also S=9+10dB strength.
At 23.23 UT another empty carrier appeared on Perseus SDR screen display //
7487even kHz from likely Yangi Yul ? , S=9+20dB little stronger than UZB signal.
At 23.29:49 UTC VoTIB audio crash move over to 7487even kHz, S=9+20dB strength.
At 23.35:49 UTC VoTIB audio crash move over to 7473even kHz, S=9+20dB strength.
At 23.41:49 UTC VoTIB audio crash move over to 7483even kHz, S=9+20dB strength.
Checked the Athens Greece Perseus remoted signal and noted powerful S=9+30dB
strength at 23.45 UT, 11.4 kHz wideband nice audio quality.
VoTibet sce audio feed switched – off at 23.59:46 UTC,
Dushanbe Yangi Yul TX off - happened little later at 00.00:55 UTC on May 1st.
China mainland jamming against Voice of Tibet was not much effective this night,
ONLY at 23.44 UT an CNR1 like program jammer START appeared on
7485even kHz
til 00.00 UT on May 1st.

Subject: [bdxc-news] Radio Afghanistan International - 7600 kHz
The switch between transmitters for London-based Radio Afghanistan International
on 7600 kHz appears to be at 1600 UTC at present.
It is heard on 7599.9 kHz or thereabouts (presumably from Tashkent, Uzbekistan)
until 1600, from when it also appears on 7600.0 kHz (presumably from Yerevan, Armenia),
with any trace of 7599.9 disappearing soon after.
It's listed as a 24 hour schedule on their website for 7600 kHz,
and I’m assuming it changes back from Yerevan to Tashkent at either 0100 or 0200 UTC.
I briefly checked at 0245 and it was seemingly back on 7599.9 by then, but I could be mistaken.
Monitored using the KiwiSDR in Novosibirsk, Russia.
