Checks channels 17450, 17460, 17470, 17480 kHz during the day.16.50 UT - both programms moved to reverse action

17470.003 kHz Undoubtedly Kurdish radio program 'Denge Welat'. 16.54 UT.18.40 UT - again different usage of these channels

S=9+30dB (!) much stronger than Turkish MIT channel signal.I am puzzled by the observation that Denge Welat signal of April 17,
showed some coverage equality also of the D.W. Tashkent signal with the
typical Oddity of MIT Turkey transmission at plus 10 Hertz on the
Upper Band side.

proper signal, at 06.02 - 06.03 UT Turkish National Anthem hymn
played. And noted a 2nd transmission string underneath
17449.938 kHz probably a CHN mainland or SOH Taiwan signal in Mandarin.17469.938 kHz Kurdish radio program 'Denge Welat' noted at 05.54 UT.
