9950 AIR? but not the lang as scheduled

INDIA  On Sat Dec 17 at 13.45 UT noted subcontinental mx of AIR Bangalore
500 kW beast on usual plus_3 Hertz signal, on
9950.003 kHz S=9+30dB signal remotedly noted on Doha Qatar ME SDR unit,
scheduled 13.30-15.00 UT in Dari (Persian language family).It is always annoying to have to deal with the Indian bureaucracy, to have
to run after the AIR frequency tables.
AIR Government  N O T  knowing as a member of
hfcc.org ABU_Asian organisation
to work with HFCC easy frequency table accesses.

The eibi listing shows AIR Dari but the language was very different as it
sounds more to northern Hindi than related than Farsi.
Transmission ended at 1400 the schedule however fits to AIR Good signal
