HAARP on now 3.2 MHz

Despite scheduled 9.6 MHz for 22 to 23 hour, they are still continuing with
the rising tones on 3.2 MHz up to 22:08 UTC as I type this. Wonder whether
Paul Walker is aware up there in Alaska! 73, Walt
