Quillabamba. 5040 also off lacking RHC. Something's always wrong at
RadioCuba (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

CUBA  No Bauta signals on 5025 nor 5040 kHz at 0600-0700 UT.
6060even RHC Bauta in English, poor signal S=7 LOW MODULATED 06.52UT,
even neighbour CFRX Toronto on 6069.991 kHz was S=9+10dB stronger.
Excellent propagation though this morning, at same time
super strong Nikkei Japan signals on both 6055 and 6115 kHz. 

6100even RHC En from Bauta much stronger than 6060 outlet, S=9+25dB
at 06.54 UT.Other Cuban security forces scratching signal outlets noted on
6030 kHz -100dBm signal at 06.49 UT, 
7335 kHz S=8 -84dBm 10 kHz wideband, also
7435, 9490, 9565, and also 9805 kHz 
typical Cuban jammer appearance at same time slot.

NIGERIA. 7255-, Oct 21 at 0650, S9 of dead air direct, so VON is on
this morning, but fruitless. Also nothing into Canary SDR at 1758 nor
some later chex (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
YES ON AIR this Saturday Oct 22 at 07.01 UT noted on exact
7254.934 kHz low modulation, but stronger carrier
S=7 or -71dBm in Edmonton Alb-CAN remotedly string.
