but terrible 5 x 120 Hertz apart BUZZ tone peaks strings fence seen
and heard.
Similar BAD US AGM sce of R Marti Cuban opposite sce technical-wise on
11930 kHz 11 x 60 Hertz apart B U Z Z  string fence either side heard and
visible on Perseus screen. Talk in Spanish about Capitolo Washington and
Senator Henry Jackson matter.
RHC also heard on Bauta outlets too at 15.45 UT on 13700 and 15140 kHz 
at S=8-9 level.

maybe a trace of modulation. Weaker 13680 has S9/+15 of OK mod in
