at 11.16 UT Sun Sept 25 in Delhi India nor in Hiroshima / Tokyo JPN 
remotedly.
But in central Europe RHC Bauta from Cuba in Latin America
heard at 15140 kHz around 11.25 UT.
Nearby DRM digital from Kuwait noted on 15110 kHz, 09.45-13.25, at 13.19 UT.

How about 2 x 7570 WRMI-11 with Supreme Master TV? But WRMI normally has 
very good harmonic suppression.
