6100 kHz TWR ?

Sounds like FEBA interval signal, so probably TWR relaying their programme.

Not 100 percent sure though; searches did compare for me this is TWR 
SWZ Manzini.
But still a confirmation would be nice for QSL in the audio file
time signal and some Af. talks by Male
