oddly on LOWER band side of the channel.
Actually on Sept 1st at 03.10 UT noted at
S=8 level in NY eastern US coast remotedly.

CUBAn radio as usual on air, except 15140 kHz which is not on service at
02-03 UT time slot.
4765 kHz R Progreso in Sp, Latin AM mx program, from Bejucal site 50 kW,
S=9+10dB -72dB at 01.45 UT.
5024.996 R Rebelde from Bauta site, with political talk in Sp,
S=9+10dB -76dBm at 01.57 UT.
6000even RHC from Quivican San Felipe TITAN 250 kW site, En sce at 02.08 UT,
S=9+25dB, small audio modulation band to note though.
 harmonic of 12000even kHz, S=7 signal at 02.59 UT.
6165even RHC En via Bauta, S=9+15dB -63dBm strong and much better audio
modulation. At 02.16 UT news item of former Soviet Union Tsar empire remain
President Gorbatchev dead, who won 1990year Peace Price by Norwegian 
academy.
9534.997 RHC Sp to Central AM at 100kW, and also 9649.997 kHz 50 kW towards
Antilles, Trinidad, Suriname in Sp via Bejucal bcast center. At 02.38 UT,
both S=9+5/10dB in Rochester NY state remotedly.
9805 kHz 3 kHz wideband Cuban scratch signal jamming, against otherwise US
AGM R Marti Spanish sce as opposite voice towards Cuba. S=7 at 02.44 UT.
Other RHC Spanish broadcasts via Bauta on 11670 and 11760 kHz S=8 signals at
02.51 UT on Sept 1st.
ON 11850.004 kHz only US AGM Tibetan sce from Kuwait on air before 02.59 UT.
11850even kHz MUCH LATE scheduled RHC Quivican San Felipe TITAN outlet in
Spanish signing-ON at 03.00 UT start !
Disturbed small band audio when compared against 11670 or 11760 kHz on 25mb
via Bauta site.
In 19 mb the RHC BRA/ARG sce targeted Quivican signal, to SoAM heard as
sidelobe into Alberta and NY state remotedly at 03.03 UT.

-96dBm,   SUFFER HEAVILY by sideban spaltter from powerhouse 6165 kHz Bauta
signal of RHC English sce. 02.14 UT.
6179.954 kHz odd signal of PRESUMED MWV 'La Voz de Alegre' from Madagascar
site, fair S=7 signal towards SoAM azimuth target at 02.18 UT.
6184.967 kHz MEX  XEPPM R Educacion Mexico D.F., lovely guitar mx 02.20 UT
7489.928 USA  WBCQ in En, ?Hal Turner Show?, En, politics talk on Democrats,
Pres Trump, John Farmer(?), at 02.25 UT. S=9+5dB.
7505even USA  WRNO in En, much heavy strong CARRIER only, S=9+40dB signal!
But much low only 10 % modulation level at 02.28 Ut.
9264.987 USA  WINB  Red Lion PA, En sermon, at 02.32 UT, S=9+15dB signal.
9330.116 odd fq WBCQ Monticello ME state, Portuguese Brazilian accent sce
of likely WLC at 02.35 UT.
Some TX break downs happened - last at least for 30 seconds each ...
9664.987 oddly on lower side of the channel, BRA, Portuguese at S=9+10dB
signal level, Guitar sweet Latin AM performance at 02.42 UT, S=9+15dB.
9955even USA  WRMI relayed R Slovakia International Spanish sce, piano
classical interlude, S=9+35dB in Alberta-CAN target, at 02.46 UT.
9974.998 USA  KVOH Voice of Hope in En, chorus singer group S=9+10dB at
02.48 UT on Sept 1st.
11780even ROU  RRI Spanish from Tiganesti bcast center site, S=8 at 02.52 UT
chorus singer. No Brasilia sce on air.
11815.024 kHz BRA  R Brazil Central in BrasPortuguese, poor S=3-4 signal,
at 02.53 UT.

BRAZIL. 9664.987, Aug 28 at 0614, RVM with S4/S6 music, notably
very close to nominal 9665 lately! And fairly stable. Measured for the
record (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
CUBA. 13680, Aug 27 at 2215. RHC Spanish S6/S7 but suptorted =
suppressed and distorted modulation; something`s always wrong at RHC.
But 13740 is VG S9 with normal mod (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
CUBA. 15140, Sunday Aug 28 at 1412, RHC S9+10 but suptorted as
'undo de la Filatelia' is starting. Still good on 13700 but
spurblobless. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
U S A. 9330.185V, Aug 27 at 2222, WLCR/WBCQ is S9/+10 in English,
and slightly wavering, furthest off-frequency yet. I`m no expert on
transmitters or their drivers, but what I don`t get is why they don`t
come with ``fine-tuning`` capability, just like receivers. Of course
someop would still have to be responsible for keeping them zeroed. Or
why not AFC = automatic frequency control? (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
U S A. 9330v, Aug 28 at 1415, WBCQ/WLCR is OFF. What`s the problem
