Wolfy, I immediately assumed that this was WBCQ, no? 73, Walt
5129.974 ??? one of the better private PIRATE stations on SW bands,
piano mx, of Charleston Radio International from Berlin-GER ?
likely, poor S=6 at 03.39 UT.
