Subject: [HCDX] SW PA logs April 26
INDIA  13795, April 26 at 2340, presumed All India Radio, in unscheduled 
English, woman reading news, fair-poor signal. At around 2342 a second 
signal joined in, a Chinese (again, presumed) speaker on same frequency, 
not completely covering the original signal but strong enough to be 
annoying. Distinctive (in a good way) AIR Interval Signal at 2345 and 
then into scheduled AIR Chinese program, which consisted of Chinese 
speaking and Indian music. Per schedule on DX India website.
