BBC on 15740

15750 kHz Very strong China mainland digital NOISE JAMMING noted on
S=9+15dB level, (10 kHz wideband jamming block noise at 11.20 UT.)
Jamming NOISE similar as against US RFA Tibetan language channels.

nothing heard on clear channel 15740 kHz,
BBC Woofferton scheduled at 12-15 UT only.
Checked US AGM RMS monitoring log at Kiev embassy.
