re 5020 kHz channel totally digital covered.At 18 UT one of the Vladimir's wartime digital 8 kHz signal heard and
visible is noted properly on 5016 to 5024 kHz range, unfortunatelly.

Yes indeed! SIBC (5020) with better than usual audio level. 1158 UT, with
the normal "evening devotional";
1201-1203, usual ID followed by National Anthem. Thought the xmtr might be
turned off after NA, but went
to non-stop music; unable to confirm if a Wantok FM relay or just SIBC
programming; still on the air at 1240..
