Indy Radio, Seville, Spain, testing on 6931 kHz

Good copy at times here on the overnight 43 mb SDR recording, especially circa 0430 UTC.

Does anyone know if this is an official transmission / relay of the station? ie: should I bother send them a reception report? :)
