in Brasilia (PT2FHC) remotedly - nice signal as the GC line from
Tashkent to Brasilia passes just north of Teheran. Noted also that
Tashkent appears to be .05 kHz below nominal frequency both here and on
the Afghan TV Intl channel of 7600 kHz, as heard on 18 Jan at 1255 UT.
