2 days after original finish, meteo in French by OM, then YL in French
with rankings deuxieme, troisieme, etc., etc.17800-DRM kHz, on Nov 14 at 1722 UT, YL again with lo-fi 8.08 kbps rank-
ings in French, mixing in numbers in English, via Maryland SDR, SNR 21 dB,
S=9+5dB.
