Europe.7445 kHz of ENC  Encompass Digital Media Services FMO brokered transmission
via Woofferton England relay center,
at 07-08 UT 250 kW 105degrees to all-Europe. S=9+25dB in Greece.
Formerly on 9860 kHz in summer A-seasons since century, or 6045 kHz in
winter B-seasons.
But surprise, surprise, BINGO ! in the though empty 41 mb in NoAM and
western Europe,
CO - CHANNEL 7445 kHz  t o o  in use by NHK World R Japan Yamata Ibaregi
in Japanese 07 - 09 UT. Bad mixture signal noted in Edmonton and
CA-US western state.

KUWAIT  More terrible Radio Kuwait English sce of nominal 15530 kHz today at
05 - 08 UT towards Europe. S=9+25dB faulty 5th transmitter again today,
no repair, no spare parts during Corona crisis worldwide available ?
Before Iraq war in 1991 Radio Kuwait used 8 x 500 kW ABB
Made in Switzerland/Sweden transmitters, a wide selection of units then ...
(Similar problem like on RadioCom in Romania faulty Tiganesti site TX #1,
latter since 28 March out of service... wb.)
wideband terrible signal SPLATTER in 15374 - 15456 kHz fq range at 07.23 UT
Unstable fq of 80 Hertz wobble shift up and down visible on screen:
on 15429.770 - .850 kHz
then later 07.32 UT on 15427.450 moving downwards fq.
Not  of Arabic sce towards Central Asian Turk countries, 15515.000 even
05 - 09 UT S=8-9 sidelobe strength.
