CNR1 945 Jiaohe, China

CNR1-945  seemed to be ruling the roost on various KiwiSDRs by 1600UT 
when I checked,  Paul.
By 1500UT, there wasn't much propagation left here in Victoria, so I 
can't tell anything from the recordings.

station id at 1500UTC, went into news and disappeared. It's a 24 hour signal
