15455.060 to 15455.084 kHz, some 18 to 22 Hertz up and down
continously, RFI Paris in Mandinka CeAF language,
scheduled daily 08.00-08.30 UT, ITU antenna type #227 curtain array.Seemingly same faulty TDF Issoudun tx of 150 kW,
which is regular in use for 9490v kHz Radio Republica outled,
TX also drifted regular in past months,
Spanish veiled outlet from RMI brokery via TDF Europe center
back into Cuba island opposition movement. 01-02, 02-03 Fri-Mon.15455 kHz Fulfulde WeAF language.,
But at 08.30 UT replaced another TX/antenna at TDF Issoudun
from 198 to 180 degrees azimuth, to ITU ant type #157 instead.
And what surprise, setteled down now at 08.44 UT
on exact 15455.000 kHz even channel !
No drift characteristic anymore.

Radio Kuwait's English service's strong signal on 19mb,
found on 15459 at 0620 UTC this morning and has drifted
downwards since and at 0700 UTC is below 15456 kHz.
Audio was also breaking up during music tracks.
