nothing of DWL Bonn Germany new central Asian Pashto and Dari on shortwave,
towards Afghanistan and surrounding refugee states im 19 mband,
15180, 15230 and 15390 kHz channels are empty.
Perhaps the AA - German Foreign Office slow introducing
at DWL Bonn need more days bureaucratic measures.
Today's debate about the Afghanistan evacuation of the auxiliary workers
with strong criticism by the opposition
of the Chancellor Angela Merkel and her German Foreign Minister
and the Defense Minister and the bureaucracy of the secret service,
on the use of 5 different personal name lists of the beneficiaries,
the Afghan auxiliary workers to be transported from Kabul Airport,
via German airforce Airbus 400M aircraft to Tashkent
and further by Lufthansa A-340_3 civil aircraft,
from Tashkent to Frankfurt-Germany airport,
daily in past 9 days.
Lufthansa aircraft A-340 parked after 6.5 hrs flight from Frankfurt
for the time being at Almaty airport in freedom.

used for that (because nothing else is to be routed out on them at this

Apparently also no expansion at the BBC yet, at least no 13630 kHz
transmission until 1400.
By the way, what's indeed on air is All India Radio in Dari 1330-1430 on
11560. Accompanied by a whine and badly distorted from too high audio level
somewhere in the distribution chain...
