** CUBA. 4748 & 4783 approx., July 21 at 0150, weak scratchy spurblobs
minus/plus 17-18 kHz out of 4765 R. Progreso, which is active

spectrum pollution from Cuba? Something`s always wrong at RadioCuba.
Lower one also QRMs CODAR, but new 4790 WBCQ barely lux out, far
enough away (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 4975, July 21 at 0126, JBA carrier still here
maybe from Caribbean region. Never any modulation nor AFAIK as heard
by anyone else. Wonder if ROCV Venezuela, gone from 6205 and ex-6906
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
UNIDENTIFIED. 5151.0, July 21 at 0127, another JBA carrier to intrigue
us. Not likely related to WTWW 5085 spurs which inhabit 5072 & 5098
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
UNIDENTIFIED. 6885, July 21 at 0027, JBA carrier suspect NAm pirate as
