Checked various SDR's remotedly in Florida, TWR Antilles, Colombia, Caruaru PE and Sao Paulo Brazil.
17855 kHz the one and only 00.00-02.00 UT REE Noblejas outlet.
S=9 even in BeNeLux SDR and in Gotland Sweden,
but S=9+15dB or -55dBm signal on Cyprus ham society KIWI SDR rx remotedly.
