is  O F F  air today July 8 / 9, also 00-01 UT slot at 00.23 / 00.43 UT.Checked various SDR's remotedly in Florida, TWR Antilles, Colombia,
Caruaru PE and Sao Paulo Brazil.
17855 kHz the one and only 00.00-02.00 UT REE Noblejas outlet.
S=9 even in BeNeLux SDR and in Gotland Sweden,
but
S=9+15dB or -55dBm signal on Cyprus ham society KIWI SDR rx remotedly.
Spanish talk program on Internet function,
papel en México traditional ...
REE is 'The one and only radio station'
heard in 16 band in our West European summer night.
