Faulty CRI Bamako transmitter

Hi,Not sure if this has not been reported already.
13685 kHz, 19:00 UTC, CRI Bamako relay is producing spurs +/- 18 kHz. 
Detected from 13613.1 kHz to 13721 kHz.
