Radio Itahuka 15420khz via Talata-Volonondry, Madagascar at 1820UTC in
Alaska. Target area appears to be Rwanda. It sounds like someone is
intentionally jamming this, I hear what sounds like.... forgive me... a
constant wet fart.... SINPO IS 33433. If it weren’t for the jamming this
would be easily understandable.
