ROMANIA  On Friday June 18 the faulty T1 Tiganesti transmitter
is STILL OFF air
in 19.30-20.00 UT time slot.
5910 kHz the 3rd RadioCom Romania site of lower 100 kW
at Saftica, Serbian language at 19.32 UT, news sce,
both Zakynthos Greece island, and at Switzerland/southern Germany
in western Europe S=9+30dB or -41dBm.
9610 kHz T1 Tiganesti T1 transmitter 300 kW,
meant RRI in Spanish towards Iberian peninsula in southwestern Europe,
O F F   A I R  at 19.35 UT on June 18.
11850 kHz T2 Tiganesti T2 transmitter 300 kW,
meant RRI in Spanish, S=8-9 in Greece backlobe,
S=9+30dB -43dBm in Switzerland in western Europe.
9500 kHz G1 Galbeni G1 transmitter 300 kW,
meant RRI in Romanian towards France western Europe,
S=9+55dB -27dBm powerhouse signal in Switzerland and southGermany
in western Europe. At 19.39 UT.
11850 kHz G2 Galbeni G2 transmitter 300 kW,
meant RRI in Romanian towards France western Europe,
S=9+45dB -34dBm powerhouse signal in Switzerland and southGermany
in western Europe. At 19.41 UT.

9850 has remained on at 0300 throughout the transmitter issues at Ţigăneşti,
which have been going on for seven weeks now.  However // 7375 at 0300 has
been missing that entire time.  At 0000 it is 9550 that is missing.
Propagation for 9850 at 0300 has been erratic into NA; RRI should have kept
7375 going instead.  Even the UTwente SDR can have poor reception of 9850 on
some days.
