CUBA. Correcting previous log, 9475-9505, not 9465-9505; fixed:
9475-9505, April 16 at 0113, jamming against 9490 is splattering
plus/minus 15 kHz; but on 9490 itself, R. República via RMI via FRANCE
is overcoming it.
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)CUBA. 6100, April 16 at 0612, EHC English is S9 but JBM here, while
6060 is S9+20/30 with good modulation for a change; and 5040, 6000,
and even 6165 are OFF. Something's always wrong at RHC.
