VENEZUELA, 6205, R. O. C. V., El Tigre, according with a whatsapp from
the station, R. O. C. V is testing right now on 6205 with only carrier,
later will test audio, music, 60 watts power. Checking via SDR Kiwi
remote receiver in Bonaire, 1535, 09-03, fair carrier, no audio.
