center. S=9+10dB at 08.18 UT Febr 16.
08.00-08.30 UT. Sidelobe in Doha Qatar ME.
And annoying high speed CW of air band ?, on
15.030.883 kHz morse whistle tone QRM.
fq checked against 14.996 and 15.000 kHz standard signal stations.
