1215-1315 15030.0 BGL 500 kW 240 deg to EaAF  Swahilihttps://qsl.net/vu2jos/es/time.htm
INDIA  15030.003 kHz AIR Delhi external sce via Bangalore 500 kW bcast
center. VERY SLOW SPEED male voice reader at 12.34 UT on Febr 13.
S=9+15dB or -63dBm signal strength at remote SDR in Doha Qatar ME,
at 12.37 UT followed by SoAS singer and drums music play. 

fq checked against 14.996 and 15.000 kHz standard signal stations.
