How can the Kuwaitians mismanage frequencies? They even cannot say that they
are soooooooo poooooooor that they cannot pay expert staff.They have enough oil and from my childhood even my manual labourer parents
knew that the Kuwaitian dinar is so valuable because they are sitting on
very large oil reserves.
Their country is not poor at all.
