VIETNAM. It was announced in V of Vietnam's Letterbox programme on 13
January that "Beginning March 28, VOV’s frequency of 7280 kHz beaming to
Central Europe and Central Asia will change to 11885 kHz."
This will affect the 1600, 1900 and 2130 UTC English transmissions.
