CUBA 13562 approx., Jan 17 at 1519, S4-S5 FMish spurblob from S9+10/20
RHC 13700.0-AM at, at ~69 kHz intervals today while first-order circa
13631 is S6-S7. Also on plus side, 13769 but much stronger than 13838.
So the regular spurblob-producing transmitter is back instead of the
weaker off-frequency-minus one. But earlier today these reports:Wolfgang Büschel: ``At 1318 UT noted the odd frequency fail transmitter
at Bauta (tx #2nd of total six transmitters at Bauta site) on 6099.908 kHz``Ivo Ivanov: ``Radio Habana Cuba on very odd frequency 13700v kHz,
January 17 from 1355 on 13699.8 BAU 100 kW / 310 deg to WNAm Spanish, ex
13700. 13700 kHz is scheduled in B-20 RHC 1400-1600, but off air at 1405
UT`` --- so after that they changed transmitters and came back on as
13700 also heard by Ivo on remotes after 1430 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
Jan 17.
