centered mostly on
17545.069 kHz at 15.34 UT and through.
TX OFF switch at 15.58:05 UTC.
I would rather think,
that Jeff rent an oldie USSR transmitter unit
at Sofia Kostinbrod Bulgaria instead?
Because of frequency wandering ...
