National Uniti Radio Nov 3, 7200 and 7600? kHz from TJK

TAJIKISTAN  7200 kHz even.
On Nov 3rd noted western US music at 12.30-12.58 UT.
12.30 UT John Denver: "West Virginia - Country Roads" song.
7200 kHz at 1100-1258 TJK Dushanbe Orzu site, National Unity Bc.Station
in Korean language. S=9+15dB proper signal into Hiroshima and Tokyo Perseus
SDR rxs remotedly.
Program end at 12.58:05 UTC Nov 3rd, 10 kHz broadband proper signal.
Then at 13 UT searched for an National Unity Bc Korean language sce
in 31 mb, but nothing found so far on given 9950 nor 9445 kHz.
9950 and 9953 kHz center kHz were most of the time disturbed by
stronger China(?) OTHR signal scratch sound block.
Then found Korean language program on 7600even kHz, instead of 9950 ?
S=8-9 in Japan, little less strong than 7200 kHz.
But in Delhi-IND remotedly Perseus SDR rx S=9+10dB -72dBm.
Likely UTE scratch signal nearby on 7592 kHz
