re missing CNR/SoH TWN channel listing on Aoki Nagoya Circle list:
The Japanese chap Aoki editor can only react to recently appeared
new SWL observations, - where else should he get this information from?

CNR jamming outlet fqs are not requested / registered basicly in ITU
Geneva lists.

Not in Aoki either, but first guess would be another CNR1 jammer.
Check if it be // to known CNR1 jammer or non-jammer frequencies. If
not really Mandarin it could be the Cantonese hour of Sound of Hope.

Strange broadcast from 1500 to 1600 UTC in 12110 in Mandarin Chinese or
similar that arrives in Spain, with medium/bad signal although the best
reception I have obtained in an SDR of Novosibirsk, Russia.

This broadcast is not in HFCC or EiBi and whose programming sometimes
looks like a soap opera or movie commentary.
Anybody know what it's about?
