at 10.30 UT observed on higher fqs of AIR shortwave today, when checked
Hiroshima, Doha Qatar, Tokyo and Greece SDR's:

INDIA  9949.807 kHz oddly fq, AIR Urdu but never from Bangalore 500 kW site, 
due of this oddy fq signal ??

S=4 or -104dBm in Hiroshima Japan unit,
S=6 or  -91dBm in Doha Qatar. at 10.36 UT July 18.
see enclosed mixed databases of AIR outlets, and also Panaji Goa and Gangtok 
Sikkim sorted separately acc landlist.
