was replaced last year by 11850, demoting 11840 to only that minus 10
kHz JBA spur, so was it what they really heard?! . . .

18145-USB, April 12 at 1852, among a few other phone sigs on band, Oz?
accent, says he is ex-RAF, worked in Saudi Arabia as civilian, VE7UHS.
