thru the registered frequencies at this hour in HFCC B-19, since there
is nothing, yet? for A-20, not even an ARS page in the broadcasters`
list; and why is it Arabie Saoudite? O, yeah, English is a nothing
language for this SWBC, merely imagining 5 hours of it from 1600 on
9840, so I check that first:
9840, April 2 at 1812, ME music but Voice of Turkey ID in German at a
time it is supposed to appear, rather than after 2300 on 9830 failing
to turn off after English should it occasionally succeed. 

Otherwise presume some are axually SA without digging deeper:
9580, nothing
6100, algo, Arabic from Jeddah scheduled but is anything from Jeddah?
9555, Arabic, mentions A-S; ACI from plus side
9675, Turkish
9870, Arabic JBA
11820.044, Arabic -- still not audible in OK
11915, Arabic much weaker
11930, Spanish from OCB mainly, maybe CCI SA
13720, nothing but noise

Qur'an, as this always-offfrequency makes a showing despite no
registrations and nothing audible on 17660, 17705 or 17895; would be
the OSOB except for JBA 17630 CRI Mali.
Others have monitored extensively to confirm most but not all
previously scheduled KSA broadcasts are still running, notably WOR iog
members Dr Hansjoerg Biener and Wolfgang Bueschel; not including
French, per Antoello Napolitano:
"Any idea for the French broadcast scheduled at 1355-1600 on 17660
kHz? I tried a number of times in the last days but nothing was
detected. This has been quite regular for years so I am wondering if
they stopped broadcasting in French (the only European language still
used by Saudi Radio on shortwaves) or simply moved to a new
frequency. I confirm, instead, the broadcast in Indonesian on 21670
kHz heard here in the South Italy on 4th April at 1017"

New Delhi, and Hiroshima Japan remote SDR rxs.
13600even OMA  Radio Sultanate Oman Thumrait, ID and nx in Arabic at 10 UT
         sharp, scheduled 04-10 UT, S=9+20dB in remote Doha Qatar unit.
         When checked again at 10.07 UT was switched OFF air then.
13590.004 IRN  VoIRI Zahedan, nx in Arabic at 10 UT, S=9+30dB powerful
         signal into Qatar target.
13780.045 ARS  SBA via MOCI Riyadh-ARS in HQ Holy Quran sce, at 10.07 UT
         S=9+10dB in Qatar target. 100kW Non-directional NE/ME sce target
13610.004 ARS  SBA via MOCI Riyadh-ARS in HQ Holy Quran sce, at 10.08 UT
         S=8-9 fair signal steep angle. 100kW Non-directional NE/ME sce
         target. But accompanied by heavy 120 Hertz string visible BUZZ
         audio tone.
         And accompanied by co-channel CNR1 Nanning-CHN outlet too.

         noted at 10.12 UT on April 09. S=9+15dB signal in Qatar ME.

13669.964 CHN  CNR of PBS Xinjiang Urumqi, Uighur nationals service,
         childrens choir sung in Turk - Uighur language, 10.13 UT on
         April 9, S=8-9 in Doha Qatar ME.
13680.010 IRN  VoIRI Dari sce from Sirjan site, S=7-8 short skip northern
         azimuth suffer signal in ME. 09.20-12.20 UT, at 10.15 UT April 9
13700even CHN  CNR13rd program in Uighur from Lingshi bcast center, 10.16
         flute mx and female singer, CeAsian sound like. S=9+10dB strong.
13800.005 CHN  CNR1 jamming against - 13800even- US  KWT  RFA Tibetan sce

         powerful audio MIXTURE.

         rather in Arabic(?), 10-12 UT scheduled, heard at 10.32 UT.
         S=9+40dB hefty POWERHOUSE signal noted in New Delhi India remote
         SDR rx unit. Broadband 21kHz wide audio block visible on Perseus

         broadcast center site at Santa Maria die Galeria Vatican State.
         S=7-8 fair signal noted in Delhi India, at 10.34 UT on April 9.

         Near East, NoEaAfrica, North Africa target. S=8-9 at 10.35 UT.
         Surprisingly heard orchestra mx.

         Thani relay site in north-eastern Thailand. S=9 signal in Delhi,
         ID at 10.39 UT on April 9.
17849.997 THA  Radio Thailand from USAGM Udorn Thani site in Thailand,
         At 10.40 UT S=9+20dB strong signal noted in Doha Qatar ME site.
         Azimuth target is CeAS, ME / NE at 295 degr azimuth to their
         Thai national worker on the Israel plantations.
         Young girl sung in western style, but in Thai language.
21670.024 ARS  SBA via MOCI Riyadh-ARS in Saudi International Indonesian /
         Malay language sce to South East Asia eastwards azimuth target,
         at 10.45 UT on April 9. S=8-9 signal, stronger on backlobe into
         Switzerland and Greece remote SDRs, but rather poor 13 m band
         signals at S=5-6 in Delhi and Hiroshima / Tokyo Japan remote
         SDRs in East Asia. 10.4 kHz wideband audio signal noted today.
21695.002 PHL  USAGM exIBB exBBG Tinang relay site in the Philippines
         carryed VoA Mandarin Chinese sce at 10.52 UT  11825 Tinang-PHL
         and accompanied underneath CNR1 music jamming from mainland
         China too.
