Chinese service from Urumqi bcast center, - 72 Hertz less fq on

5959.928 kHz measured.
S=8-9 or -70dBm less strong.

TURKEY. 5960, Feb 20 at 2346, VOT English made it on air today, but
now wrapping up with canned totally wrong A-19 English schedule, as I
have previously explained in detail; which usually plays at sign-on.
Something`s always awkward at Ankara.
