S=9+25dB or -53dBm.

MALI   11640even  CRI Africa relay in Bamako Mali, Portuguese program,
at 19.45 UT, 14 kHz wideband bandwidth. S=9+15dB signal.

ASCENSION ISLANDS  11660even BBC ASC Hausa language towards WeAF
at 19.50 UT, 11.4 kHz bandwidth. S=9+25dB powerful in southern Germany.
11810even  BBC ASC English, 11 kHz wideband block at 1957 UT.
B u t  noted also some BUZZ sound strings, 50, 100, 200 .... 900, ...
1000, 1100 Hertz distance apart; either sideband.
12050even  ASC relay of West African Ndarason px to Tchad Sahel target.
16 x strings, on 50 100 150 200...  Hertz BUZZ strings distance apart,
either sideband. S=9,  11 kHz wideband.
