Radio60 11610 via Armenia today 1200-1400 UTC

Saturday, December 28 2019

Signal here is strong , S7/8 , but suffering from severe flutter effect. I can hear music ,mostly the bass , with some announcements but the constant fades make the audio very difficult to understand. Cannot really get any details on the program. Off at 1359
