15475.972 kHz at 18.10 UTbut same figures on KiwiSDR in Rio de Janeiro, Atlantic Ocean island

strong fading but audible on USB.  At 1500 eclipsed by China on 15475.
LRA 36 seems to be on air since its reactivation this year only Tuesdays
and Thursdays. (MÃndez)
