RFA Lampertheim is 15340 kHz scheduled 03.00 til 07.00 UT.VoA Mandarin starts from 09.00 UT ?
Yes, signal of west European origin.
S=9+15dB in Greece and Italy,
S=9+25dB in Finland and Moscow Russia. at 07.37 UT

probably via Biblis or Lampertheim, Germany
But in Delhi, Uwe's SDR in eastern Thailand and various Hiroshima and Tokyo 
outlets,
noted CNR11 Tibetan from Baoji instead,
latter S=8 in Thailand, S=9+20dB strength in Tokyo. easy Music selection 
program.
