Thanks for the reply on this Rick. I did a bit of nosing around also, and
used the Icechat client to check into Starchat. Trying #mwdx yielded:
"this channel has been forbidden: CLOSED", so that is history, apparently.
Pity, as I think some sort of archive existed as well?
