My WBCQ broadcast has changed, slightly.. it will be on 9330, still. .but 5110 has moved to 5130khz.

From 2205utc Friday March 11th to 0005UTC Saturday March 12th, I'll be on Channel 292, 6070khz broadcasting from Germany. (This time was moved up 65 minutes, as Vatican Radio is on 6070khz from 2140 to 2200 and colldies horribly with Channel 292. I've moved my broadcast past their sign off time by several minutes to avoid any possible collision in case they don't sign off quite on time)

By the way, if I owe you a QSL from my last broadcast on 6070, my sincerest apologies. Resend it to the address below, no $ or postage needed if you're resending an old report. New, never sent reports require $2US or the necessary postage.

I am in the process of booking all this time, so something could change in terms of times/dates between now and the broadcast dates.

Iâll be doing 2 hours of rock n roll and country music .. no commercials, no pleading for money, no asking for donations.. just me, playing the music I like.. because, well, damnit.. I want to!!

Iâm paying for time on all 4 of these transmitters out of MY OWN POCKET, again for no reason, other then I want to.

So many complain about what radio lacks, wether am, fm or sw and lament about the old days or suggest what would work today.. but want it done with other peopleâs money.. they wonât put up and shut up. What I do wonât change radio or make much of a difference in the grand scheme of shortwave radio, but I can have fun and share my love of radio and music with others.
