Glenn,
Thank you for the explanation. So the date you list for DXLD is the cutoff date for the material you use, and not the date for when you complete the project. I interpreted the date to be the former and not the latter, which explains why the document appears to be delayed when in reality it is not. I am not a member of your separate DX Listening Digest forum, and so was incorrectly interpreting that you were releasing the information there on the date listed, and then intentionally delaying the announcement for everyone else by six days. How wrong I was believing.
You do great work, and I didn't mean for my e-mail to sound like a criticism. I hope you didn't take it that way. It is most definitely a huge compilation process that is to be commended!

Kevin,
I wish it were otherwise, but because I am running that far
behind in completing the compiling and editing. It is a huge
job I have undertaken. I don`t have the finished product
done by Wednesday afternoon when it is time to record World
of Radio based on the current issue so Wednesday is the
cut-off day for most material included. Rest assured, the
notices of new issues go out to all lists the moment the new
issue is finished and uploaded, which is usually the
following Sunday at the earliest. This week I am even
further behind than usual. I could get caught up by skipping
a lot of material for a week, but am unwilling to do that so
far.

Glenn,
I keep wanting to ask - why the week-long delay each time
between when you seem to complete the DXLD and when you
post
the link to it on this particular forum?
