No, it doesn`t! The North American service has been off the air for years altho they keep it on their schedule; as I have corrected several times before. If the staff said this they must be totally clueless. It was once on 9685, anyway, not 9865, (and the winter frequency was 6190). 73, Glenn Hauser

Western Europe Tuesday through Saturday from 12:30 to 1 AM
UTC(Presumably 030 to 0100 UTC) on 9865khz.
