Of course, Richard, we do have to consider the fact that the BBC has hugely reduced its availability via international radio as well otherwise TV might very probably still be in second place.

TV is sexier to present management minds and what better way to make it look better than by deliberately making its (inconveniently healthy) competitor look bad?
